Symptoms of excess moisture

• nausea

• watery stool

• no desire to drink, even if there is thirst

• tendency toward heaviness and turbidity

• distention or soreness in chest, flank or abdomen

• heavy head and limbs

• copious, turbid, cloudy or sticky excretions and
secretions

• long, clear stream of urine

• food undigested

• vaginal discharge (usually thick)

• lassitude

• feeling of fullness

• lack of appetite

• heavy, stiff or sore joints

• heavy diarrhoea

• dribbling of urine

• thick, white or greasy tongue coating

• spontaneous perspiration
